Getting Started

How do I Start?:
I will meet with you to discuss your wants and needs and help you design your trust so your assets are administered to first care for you. Then according to the terms you set out in your trust, the remaining assets are distributed upon your death to the heirs you name in your trust. Your trust can give you the power to govern your assets as you see fit while you are alive so that they take care of your needs and it can either direct your successor trustee to distribute your assets at your passing or to administer and enjoy the assets for a beneficiary’s health, education and support. There is an endless amount of flexibility that allows you craft your trust to fulfill your specific needs.

The next step in establishing your trust; transferring your assets into your Trust:
After the trust is signed and executed by your, the next step is to transfer your assets into your trust. The trust’s primary purpose is to hold your assets for youryou’re your heirs’ benefits. In order for the trust to perform this purpose, your assets need to be placed in the trust
